訂的情人節晚餐.為了他們這次服務我還特地跑到
我服務外的區域,因為他們願意付額外的交通費
(開胃菜 : 涼拌豬肝)
(前菜 : 煎餃)
(主菜 : 糖醋鮭魚佐白飯)
這次因為時間充足,所以我還特地裝盤了一下,每次做一次
外燴服務我都會學到哪些該改進跟提升服務的地方,希望我
能提供除了好食物外更能注意小細節!!

Hey all!
I should have done this earlier this week, but I've been kept busy with a little one. Anyhow, thank you to those of you who gave feedback re: my request for a "take home chef," and particularly to those of who who recommended xxx. She came to our place last week and made us a FANTASTIC Valentine's Day dinner! It was really, really great! My husband - who generally doesn't like Valentine's Day ("it's not Norwegian!") - really loved it and is now onboard for the whole Valentine's Day thing. Lucy is absolutely lovely and the food she made was superb. My only complaint? My husband liked it so much, he never wants to go out to eat again! hehe
